Zúñiga renuncia al Minsal
El subsecretario de Redes Asistenciales, Arturo Zúñiga, presentó hoy su renuncia al Ministerio de Salud, mientras se prepara para una posible candidatura parlamentaria. De acuerdo a la última encuesta Cadem de octubre, Zúñiga era la segunda figura mejor evaluada del Ministerio de Salud, con un 59% de respaldo, sólo detrás del ministro Enrique Paris.
Desde la cartera ministerial, informaron que si bien el subsecretario se encontraba bien evaluado, sentía que «había cumplido un ciclo» en el cargo y que sentía que era un buen momento para dejar sus funciones, al encontrarse la red de salud ya preparada con la planificación realizada en aras del combate de la pandemia.
Además, la cantidad de contagios en el país ha ido en baja, por lo que existiría «tranquilidad» para afrontar un nuevo desafío, al que el ex-subsecretario había evitado referirse en los últimos días, a pesar de los rumores existentes al respecto.
Por su parte, el ministro de Salud, Enrique Paris, destacó que Zúñiga «ha hecho un trabajo excepcional» en el ministerio y que «las decisiones que él quiera tomar con su futuro, las respeto”.
La decisión ya fue oficializada al interior de la cartera y en el Gobierno, y ahora sólo quedaría que sea definitivo el nombramiento de su sucesor para que su salida sea anunciada públicamente.

I was curious if you ever considered changing the structure of
