Delgado defiende 10% del Gob y asegura que recoge las necesidades de la gente
El ministro del Interior, Rodrigo Delgado, defendió el proyecto impulsado por el Gobierno como alternativa para un nuevo retiro del 10% de los fondos de pensiones, afirmando que es “responsable” y que “recoge todas las necesidades de la gente”.
«Para el Gobierno el retiro del 10% es importante, para el Gobierno el retiro del 10% es una necesidad que está hecha de una lectura de la gente», aseguró el secretario de Estado en conversación con Tele13 Radio.
Además, Delgado se refirió al polémico recurso presentado por el Ejecutivo ante el Tribunal Constitucional (TC) para frenar la iniciativa ya aprobada en la Cámara de Diputadas y Diputados y que el miércoles debería ser votado en el Senado.
«No es contra el 10%, lo del TC es contra de un mecanismo que en algún momento se quiso utilizar de manera muy puntual y se dijo así por única vez y hoy ya tenemos cerca de 11 proyectos ingresados bajo esa modalidad. Lo que era algo transitorio, lo que era algo único, lo que era algo para ayudar a la gente muy puntualmente, se ha transformando en un modus operandi», acusó.
«Yo le diría a los parlamentarios que tienen esta ansiedad legislativa de cambiar la Constitución, que el mecanismo para cambiar la Constitución comenzó con el plebiscito y se va a hacer por las vías que la gente mayoritariamente eligió», añadió.
En esa línea, advirtió que «si la gente hubiese querido que este Congreso modificara la Constitución hubiese ganado el rechazo y no el apruebo. Si ganó el apruebo con la consistencia que ganó es porque la gente quiere que sea otra instancia la que rescriba la constitución, otra instancia la que revise la constitución”.
Otro de los temas abordados por el ministro fue la manifestación registrada ayer en los alrededores de La Moneda y la estación de Metro Universidad de Chile, donde más de un centenar de personas se reunió para exigir la renuncia del Presidente Sebastián Piñera por su criticada gestión tras el estallido social de 2019 y durante la pandemia de covid-19.
«Desde la semana pasada hay un cambio de estrategia de estas personas que tienden a bloquear las calles. Tendían a juntarse habitualmente en el sector de Plaza Baquedano y hoy se han desplazado por el eje Alameda hacia el poniente», apuntó Delgado.
Además, sostuvo que «hay que separar muy bien lo que pueden ser las demandas sociales que venimos escuchando hace un año, que muchas de ellas han sido recogidas por la vía institucional, pero acá estamos en presencia de personas que lo único que buscan lamentablemente es hacer daño contra la propiedad pública, privada, contra personas que están volviendo a trabajar».
«La Moneda tiene una estrategia de seguridad desde hace mucho tiempo, no es que se haya reforzado, pero obviamente tiene que ponerse a prueba si hay personas que quieren acercarse. En eso estamos y hay que hacerlo bajo los protocolos que se han implementado para aquello», sentenció.
