En prisión preventiva quedó femicida de Talagante: Arriesga presidio perpetuo
La formalización se realizó en el Juzgado de Garantía de Talagante. El fiscal de Alta Complejidad Occidente, Sergio Moya, dijo que el imputado arriesga una pena de presidio perpetuo calificado, es decir, un mínimo de 40 años de cárcel antes de acceder a cualquier beneficio penitenciario
De acuerdo a lo establecido hasta el momento en la indagatoria, problemas en la relación de pareja desencadenaron la agresión que provocó la muerte de la víctima por golpes en la cabeza con un elemento contundente, al parecer con un fierro. De ahí que la fiscalía considere la alevosía.
El día del crimen, el imputado se comunicó telefónicamente con uno de sus hijos, le contó lo sucedido y escapó. La PDI interceptó su celular y lo detuvo en Melipilla cuando Chacón Mateluna cargaba combustible en su vehículo particular. Al parecer pretendía ocultarse en la zona del Lago Rapel.
